The two ladies that were working there this morning were incredibly patient! Their system is facing a world wide outage and they were scrambling to get customer service to help them out while also trying to deal with anxious customers, they handled it very well! Anyone who says otherwise is too dramatic. That outage is out of their control. The drinks were amazing too!
I’m giving a 5 star for the EMPLOYEES! The staff is amazing, fast, helpful and kind. They always make sure the drinks are out fast and correct. They have no issue fixing any mistakes on theirs or the customers. MY BIG PROBLEM is that they moved all the straws and stirrirs behind the counter. This is a military post. We need to get in and out fast and nothing makes me more irritated then having to stop them working on someone’s order so they can get me a straw, especially when...
Very friendly staff and drinks are superb. Reason for low stars is because I arrived sat and stood there waiting for ten minutes and no one came up. The store sign says they are open but online here it says they are not.
