“I don't know if everyone realizes the ice cream recipes is from Bill Anderson's in Joplin when it was off Main Street a long time ago. I had that ice cream as a child, when my cousin worked there. Their cheeseburgers are fantastic. Highly recommend.“

Across the board comfort food with THE BEST salads. A Great Rt 66 place to stop for a break. Oh and don’t forget the homemade pies ….to die for! Back room for large groups too.“

“WOW!! We went through the drive thru on 1/2/26, and literally everything about our experience was PERFECT. No joke 10/10. we ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger combos, our burgers were literally steaming!! everything was so fresh and delicious, even the veggies on our burgers. the braums sauce was made perfectly. we had plenty of napkins. our shakes were thick. and we were in line for less than 5 minutes!! AND one of the employees befriended our dog!! I don’t know if i’ve ever even left a review for a fast food joint before, but I couldn’t not share our experience today. “First time here and it's the only remaining Hardee's in the area (that I know of anyways?). Location on and off I44 was very easy. Place was clean and order took only couple moments to prepare. I bought son the food for work, so can't really comment honestly on taste, but I'll add his thoughts if we go back. Price co.pares with other fast food costs in the area. Service was very good, greeted with a smile, and personnel behind the counter was very friendly. Be mindful to watch your vehicle as you are at a truck stop location......“

“I’ve been here several times the last few weeks because I’m pregnant and craving breakfast burritos. Every single time I come here, there is one girl working the drive-thru AND literally sprinting to bring people their orders to stalls, too. By herself?! I’m like wow is this a one-woman show? Brittany (I think), you deserve a raise or promotion or whatever Sonic does to appreciate employees! My burrito and 3 drinks were out in literally less than 2 minutes and she was also running orders to other people and handling the drive-thru! Drinks were cold and my burrito was super hot and delicious (might be biased about the burrito because I’m pregnant but it was delicious) Anyway, good job Brittany and Stones Corner Sonic“

“Very tasty food the only thing is, it's expensive a meal for just 2 people cost $ 35 a fast food place shouldn't cost that much and the cashier was rushing us and they wasn't busy at that time but all in all food was good!!!

“Guys, I am in town to be with family. I just wanted decent fast food before bed time. This might be the best Sonic I've been to in years. The burger was EXACTLY what I ordered. The pretzel twist is the beginning of a new addiction and the shake is exactly what I ordered and so needed after being on the road. I'm in town from AZ and the AZ sonics have so many levels to raise up to get to this sonic. Baxter, remind these folks they are doing you right!“

“I frequent this place often, and of all of the locations in Joplin - I would be willing to claim this one is the best. The employees are always kind and helpful, the food comes within a reasonable timeframe, and it is in a convenient location.

“The food is okay for fast food, but the customer service is subpar. A couple are friendly but the vass majority of staff is a bit rude and unsociable. Perhaps put a smiling face at the counter vs someone who doesn't care to be there 😅“
