“Huge coffee shop in the heart of Garden City, Kansas with a cozy home vibe. Plenty of street parking and accessible for wheelchairs, walkers or strollers. Bathrooms require a key from the barista.

There is multiple tables throughout the interior with comfy chairs to just lounge, tables to have business meetings, or to catch up with friends and even play games. They have a bar where you can sit at the coffee bar work on your laptop or just enjoy talking to the barista. They have a tiny shop where you can buy some of the coffee or the cute mugs that they serve all their coffees and when drinking in side, they also offer a VIP mug club.

There is a wide variety of coffees, frozen drinks, drips, espresso, brewed coffee, iced, teas, flavored coffees, and other selections. They have a small selection of food, bagels, macaroons, and there’s a local bakery that brings in cinnamon rolls. They make in-house scones. I had the blueberry scone, which was very doughy so I was not really into the scone. I got the cafe Americana with foam milk, delicious.

The service was great I was greeted immediately. The barista gave me recommendations on foods and coffee. They deliver your food and drinks to you…Bonus🩷 everyone was friendly and the vibe was just a relaxed, cozy small town vibe.

If you’re in the Garden City area, definitely check out this coffee shop. It’s different from most big cities. It is an inviting atmosphere with great music and quiet if you’re looking to get some studying or work done.

“Typical sports bar. Decor is very dated but the place is clean, the food is good! We had a hamburger. The French fries are fresh cut, not frozen. The salad bar is great!! The selection is varied, it's all cold, not luke warm!. We were just passing through & Googled places to eat. We chose this, we were not disappointed.”

“As a local, I don’t visit this spot very often—usually just once or twice every couple of months. However, I stopped in today and had what was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us throughout the meal. The manager was also very present, walking around to ensure everything was running smoothly and that the staff were supported. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great breakfast experience.”

“5 Stars – Love This Place! Tequilas Mexican Grill is my go-to spot in Garden City. The food is always super fresh and tasty, and their burritos are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had — huge portions, packed with flavor, and always cooked just right. “Oh my gosh, let me start by saying that my friend and I, just two people, were seated at a high-top table. It took them an astonishing SEVENTEEN MINUTES to even ask us for drinks! By that point, we were already certain about our orders. We decided to go with a 2 for $25 skillet steak, opting for a rare-medium steak. The server then inquired if we wanted shrimp added to our steak, and we simply replied, “Just what comes on the steak.”

I had requested a water, but when it arrived, it had an odd taste, as if they had mixed Sprite with water. To make matters worse, our food took another thirty minutes to arrive. When it finally came, it was accompanied by shrimp and an additional sauce. Surprisingly, my steak was cooked almost well done.

I had specifically asked for ranch dressing, but it took the server a whopping TEN MINUTES to bring it out. By that time, I had finished my meal. To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the ranch dressing.

After we finished our food, we stacked our plates and moved our drinks forward. However, we still had to wait almost half an hour before we could cash out. Despite the frustrating experience, I decided to leave a tip, even though I should have left nothing.

Oh, and let me mention that the tab was a whopping $49!!! Even though we only ordered waters and the steak meal 2 for $25 we wanted, we were charged $5 per plate for the shrimp and sauce that we didn’t even ask for. It was clear that they had mistakenly added these items to our order because we asked only what comes on the steak, and we ate them because we thought they were included with the steak. Obviously not, almost two hours for this bad service. Applebees do better.

Apples saw my review, gave me a full refund, and offered many ways to make my bad experience better. Will say, it was not the management that made this experience bad, but the teenage servers with an attitude.”

I wouldnt call them super special but deffinetly better than what you might buy at a grocery store. Fresh well made donuts are hard to beat, special or not. We went to dunkin' because a certain birthday girl requested glazed donuts from dunkin' donuts. Might not be special to me, but they were to her. She had a very happy birthday at daycare because of those donuts.”

“Going into or out of Garden City, this taco truck is a MUST TRY! Cute little setup on the corner- yellow truck, hard to miss. The food here is excellent, and the prices are hard to beat anywhere in the state. I'm addicted to the al-pastor street tacos! So tender and flavorful, you can eat 5 or 6 and wish you had another stomach. Only open around lunch time, so if you drag in late, too bad. But its totally worth it if you see the lights on!”

Was awful. The lady making the sandwiches talked nonstop without even taking a breath. I couldn’t even get a word in like… ummm mayonnaise please! So I said something to the two women working about maybe less talking and more listening to what the customer wants? They both treated me with disrespect!! “Lovely little store, I grew up about 4 blocks from this store; so I rember the telephone both an the slushie dog machine. I rember before they had the baskin robins on there. Allways enjoyed the free air an way back years gone past they had a coin operated scale like they still have in Dillon’s east. You know for how small it is they got probably 40-50 diffrent scratch off tickets to choose from. But above all my favorite is the free air pump out in the parking lot. Stopped in last night to use it an I’ll be l, there’s a split in the hose, no fret though she fixed.”
