Awesome Ribs! Best Ribs in SW Kansas! Jeremy the GM was awesome! The Smokey beans were fantastic as well. The Double Scoop Brownie Sunday was A MUST! My new favorite place for BBQ! Jeremy tells me they cater as well!
The food and service was good. The kitchen alarms were really loud.
Family stopped in for dinner and the place was slow. No big deal. We all ordered and our meals came out luke warm and not very good. Not sure if I will recommend coming back here, but if I do it will be at a really later date.

RibCrib BBQ offers a decent dining experience with good sides, such as potato salad and greens, and nice and buttery toast. The food is good and delicious, with hot and fresh meals like the St Louis style ribs and catfish. The service is a redeeming quality, with very good, excellent, and professional service from a hard-working, friendly, and polite staff who do a great job. The manager is responsive and apologizes for any inconvenience. The ambiance may be a draw for some visitors, and the area is clean.
