The sides were good (tato salad and greens), toast were nice and buttery, but the proteins. I order a 4 meat plate (ribs, pull pork, brisket and jalapeño cheese links) the brisket had the smoke ring and the color but as flavor goes it was lacking it. Ribs seem steamed and have ok flavor but feel more like oven cooked then bbq cooked. Pulled pork had a great color and a good texture but again the flavor wasn't there. Their sauces are good but good BBQ shouldn't need...
Food was fine. The hostess was probably the worst I’ve seen in years. I think a kind greeting and a smile may have caused her to go into cardiac arrest. Hopefully she’ll have a better week, was there on WEDNESDAY THE 17.Th around 11:20. Probably won’t come back, waitresses were fine. Wouldn’t want to bother the hostess.
