El Jimador Mexican Restaurant is a delightful dining spot, known for its tasty food and welcoming atmosphere. The chips and salsa are complimentary upon arrival, and the fajita chicken nachos are generously portioned, providing two meals worth. The Carne Asada and Chili Rellenos are particularly praised, especially the red sauce accompanying the rellenos. Vegetarian options are abundant, with dishes like veggie fajitas and spinach enchiladas. Even children and picky eaters are catered for, with options like cheeseburgers and fries. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it an ideal stop for families and travelers.
