“My family and I were passing through Pittsburg and decided to stop for a quick meal. It was 10:45pm and not sure what kind of service to expect. We went through the drive through and ordering for a family of 6 can be difficult lol. The lady working the window was great. She read our order back perfectly and was extremely polite and glad to take our order. The lady’s name was LOU. When we got our 2 full bags of food we noticed she even added in the condiments that we forgot to ask for. Plus loaded us up with napkins. We were extremely happy with this experience. LOU needs to be recognized.“

“Overall I love DQ the kids and I come often for ice cream. Today however my dad bought us lunch and the bacon on my cheeseburger was completely raw. I’m glad I noticed before I ate much of it, do better guys you could give someone food poisoning. Yuck. I took a picture but it’s not letting me post it.“

“I would like to thank Cheryl and staff for their hard work feeding the Coweta Tigers football team Friday night after the game with Frontenac. The food was great and she made sure it was fresh. “We went in for half price appetizers and placed our order. The food did not take a very long time to come out. The manager, Caleb, brought our food out and said one of our appetizers was delivered to a different table on accident... but they were in the process of replacing it and it would be done shortly. Caleb was very apologetic and also said that they would take the item off our bill and we wouldn't have to pay for it.
First of all we didn't even know that our food had been delivered to a different table. We would have never known if Caleb didn't tell us. They could of easily just not told us and held off on delivering the rest of our food until it was remade. But they didn't.
Second of all, we didn't even ask for a discount or any free food. Caleb just did that on his own. We did not expect anything because we understand mistakes happen but Caleb went above and beyond, and really made us feel taken care of and appreciated and for that I say thank you! Good job Applebees!“

“Ordered my drink and side through the app, so I got a discount on the drink and a discounted food item from the app rewards. It only took 6 minutes to be delivered.
Kid-friendliness: They have great Kid's Menu options.
Wheelchair accessibility: They deliver orders to the stalls, so you don't have to leave your car. If you need assistance, just push the Red button or ask a carhop for help.“

“Landed at this McDonald's on a Wednesday evening, using the automated ordering system inside to place an order for a couple of Big Mac's and an order of fries. The wait time approached fifteen plus minutes. All the staff were working feverishly and politely, yet they seemed to be dysfunctional as a team. They did apologize for the wait. The men's restroom was in need of service (politely saying). The food was up to my standard for the expectations of McDonald's/fast food.“
