Understand being short-handed or running slow due to training, but don't forget items for the purchase. Napkins go with every order. Even one would have been appreciated. We had to wait for an online order being picked up through the drive-thru.
Young staff really needs to learn how to be polite. & LISTEN... Not horsing around with each other ?. Ordering 2McDoubles ? ?med fries ?2 LG Dr. Peppers isn't hard to do. But yet had to repeat it 3 time's because they were playing joke's on each other. SMH

The bar is already set pretty low because it’s McDonald’s, but somehow this one is always showing me that it can be worse. Seems like no matter the order they always have you pull forward and wait, the food if you have a custom request is inaccurate 80% of the time. Underwhelming every time.
