Normally I save reviews for exceptional service. This Arby’s has it! After driving cross country, we’ve eaten at almost every fast food place in the last week, but this Arby’s was the BEST on this trip! Really clean and the food was hot, delicious and delivered quickly. The staff, especially Kirk, who took our order, were efficient and friendly! So, if you’re traveling across Kansas, stop into the Arby’s in Hays, Kansas, and enjoy a beef & cheddar and a chocolate shake! A great meal for 2 under $25!
Parking: Nice easy drive though with quick service.
Had a prior dissatisfied experience and Kent the manager reached out and made it right. Thank you very much Kent for the meal, it was a class move and it will keep me coming back.
