Awesome home made breakfast! Eggs and pancakes are perfect.
Great food and prices. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Super good hashbrowns! A must when visiting Hays!

Based on the reviews, Pheasant Run | Pancake House is a local family run restaurant and a local treasure. The food is great, typical of an old fashioned diner, with cooked to order, homemade specialties. Pancakes are excellent, fluffy, and delicious; the peanut butter pancakes are a must-have if it is a first visit. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who serve with a smile. The atmosphere is great, and the restaurant is clean. Parking is awful, but it is always worth it because the place is so good. It is the best coffee ever.
