I've been to Defiance three times now and have zero complaints. The staff is friendly, the environment is perfectly mellow, the music is what I listen to at home, and both the food and beer are amazing. I've tried different meals all three visits and they're all great, but I can't get myself to order any other appetizer except for the cheese curds with the garlic sauce. Those babies are heavenly!
