Stopped for lunch. They were very busy and it took a bit before we could order but they handled it like champs. Our food came out to our table hot and fresh and in a reasonable amount of time. The place was rather cold inside which made it a bit uncomfortable but maybe that way by des6so that they can turn tables quicker. Food is always good here, service is usually spot on, and the restaurant is clean. Bathrooms need help

Served the wrong meal. They brought back my side and let it sit to get cold while fixing the burger. Also asked if I touched the previous burger. That is an unnecessary question. If it hits the table, it goes in the trash. Ill never spend money there again. Also 3 people 71$. Not worth it at all, burger was past dry.

I haven't been to Hays in maybe 8 years. I came back for a visit and the first thing I did was get a burger from the Q. Nothing seems to have changed but the staff, and that's no bad thing. Still one of the best burgers you can get, promt service, and good beer.

Food was fine, but the guy behind the counter taking orders yesterday evening was clearly not happy to be there. I ordered a drink & he scoffed at me, stating he’d throw my ID away. He seemed annoyed & very impatient the whole time we ordered (we have a big family). The lady who took plates away was really nice though.

I was passing through and wanted wings. I came here because a review said they had the best wings. Apparently this person hasn't been to many wing places because these were far from the best wings. Far from the worst, too but not the best. Then I asked for extra ranch and they wanted to charge me.

Need to go to table service. I don’t want to spend my whole night waiting in a long line to order food. Food took forever..miss the old Q.
We ate here last night, took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food. Not very busy either. Not impressed nor were other tables around us waiting also impressed. 😡

The Golden Q Sports Bar is a great place to catch a game and enjoy a good meal with the family. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the beer was ice cold - just how I like it. I especially enjoyed the unique touch of the jalapeno ketchup on the tables. It added a nice kick to my burger! The kids had a blast playing the games, which kept them entertained while we enjoyed the game. Overall, a great experience and we'll definitely be back.
