I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We went here for lunch after visiting the Sternberg Museum.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fun.
Staff friendly and attentitve. Make sure to fit this eatery into your schedule when you're in Hays.

What a diamond in the rough!! We stop at Hays, KS often traveling back and forth between Colorado and Alabama. We are always looking for a better choice of restaurants rather than pub food. We found it tonight at Las Hafas. Awesome, fresh, delicious food for a super reasonable price. We sat at the bar. Israel was the bartender/server. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We are so glad we looked further than Trip Advisor, since Las Hafas is new and not recognized yet....read full review
