Gella's Diner and LB Brewing has made a remarkable turnaround since the last visit. They offer a great selection of LB brewery beers and have a family-friendly atmosphere with a college-campus aesthetic. Despite some slow service, the food like the mushroom swiss burger, creamed corn, garlic fries, and tri tip steak sandwich was enjoyable. The garlic fries are a highlight, but the steak sandwich could be improved with smaller steak pieces. Don't miss out on their amazing ranch dressing. A beautiful surprise in Kansas that is worth a return visit.
