We made a mobile order around 7:56 saying it’ll be ready by 8:00. We got there and it was not ready yet. The employees were just standing and singing. They started making it 10 mins later then got done around 8:20. Another customer was also waiting and got his pizza but then said it was cold when he got it.

I'm reading it two stars because we had our order taken on April 5th and we waited close to 10 to 15 minutes went inside to tell them we place an order and they gave us the wrong Pizza they give us the cheeses that are three meat

The gentlemen and ladies that work here are always pleasant and professional, and the pizza doesn’t ever seem to be kept too long. My dog and I love their 3 meat pizzas. With a $2 tip it comes out to right at 11, so if you’re looking for speed and decent quality from a chain place, you definitely get your dollar’s worth.

I don't see a reason for all the hate on Google reviews. This establishment had great customer service. My son let them know it was his birthday and they were more than happy to hook him up, the food was good. And the staff was very friendly.

Upon opening the pizza box (I got the pepperoni with stuffed crust in the deal with free breadsticks online), my pizza looked amazing, but then I took a bite of it and the only cooked through part was the damn cheese and pepperoni! The pizza crust itself was undercooked and doughy. Then we moved on to my breadsticks…. Those were so undercooked I can’t even eat them! This review is from the day after ordering, breadsticks you’d expect it not to be damn near pure dough but guess what? Pure freaking dough. Highly disappointed and I will 100% be coming in with my complaint later today.

Honestly I wish I could give zero stars!! Our order was messed up and for some reason when I tried to call to get my ordered fixed they weren't picking up the phone!! Honestly it was like their phones were completely shut off. It would ring once and then hang up. We ordered crazy bread not stuffed crazy bread but yet they gave us stuffed crazy bread, and the pepperoni pizza crazy puffs we're completely burnt! So because they won't pick up their phone we're stuck eating burnt food and food we didn't even order! Honestly I either want a refund or my food remade or something this is ridiculous!! If I don't get either a refund for the food I was supposed to get I will be contacting corporate and the Better Business Bureau!!

Went through the drive thru to pick up an order, I was told that it was still in the oven and that they would bring it to me when it's done. I was sitting at the window for what feels like 20 minutes , no one came back so I decided to go inside and low and behold my order is just sitting in the portal. They weren't even busy so this is very unprofessional.
