This place is a Kansas gem. We had a great time enjoying a flight of local wine. It is well worth it to sip on the Blueberry Pinot Noir. The Cheeseboard had a great Selection of local cheese. A unique and out of the ordinary place.

We’re on a seven-week road trip, traveling with a small dog. We google restaurants with outdoor seating so we don’t have to leave her in the car. Sometimes, we’re disappointed, sometimes our socks are blown off! Paisley Pear has a lovely atmosphere, a cordial and friendly staff, and excellent food! And their wine selections were great as well. We highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Hays, Kansas! ?❤️

Absolutely charming! I came here a few weeks ago with the family after going to the Sternberg museum from Junction City. The environment was warm and inviting. The service and food were both great! The bierocks I ordered were delicious and were fresh and hot when served. I wish we had a place like this here in our town! I will definitely go back upon our next trip to Hays.

Food was great, especially the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, and the Bruschetta as well. Service was also great, the waitress was always checking in on us.

Loved how clean the space is. Excellent waitress and the right portions for an enjoyable lunch. The bierocks came out toasty warm - a must for temperatured food. I would return but just in town for business.

We love this place! Great lunch or light supper options. (I personally love the soup and salad choices.) Great drink selections, and the best jalapeño margarita in town!! The cheesecake is also fabulous! ??

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were attentive, caring and genuinely interested in providing a positive food experience. I definitely recommend making this a stop for a culinary treat. Prices were very reasonable. My son had a flatbread pizza and my wife the salmon. If there was anything off, it was that the lobster bisque didn’t taste like lobster bisque.
