The Hays Pizza Hut is a money grab. Ordered delivery for a medical office and next thing you know I’m being charged $23-$25 for large basic pizzas. Thin 23…pan 25. First time in my long lifetime I’ve had to pay over 20 bucks for a Pizza Hut pizza of any type. …2 were single toppings. I told them where im from we are charged $15-$16 …$10-$12 on special.

Ordered 2 supreme sandwiches with fries and because Pizza Hut couldn’t be bothered to deliver the order they sent it out thru DoorDash! Took 45 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered to receive it which means it was cold and gross! Called Pizza Hut to find out where my order was at because I was sent a notification it was out for delivery when in fact it was still sitting at the store! They were very unprofessional and didn’t care at all that the food was cold and gross which they knew it would be by the time we got it!

I spent 40$ on pizza to be delivered the wrong stuff entirely! When I called about it and spoke to Kelcy she WAS NOT helpful and basically told me there was nothing she could do! Very upset and would not recommend this place! I know what I ordered and I wouldn't order 40$ worth of pizza my kids will not eat! Very dissatisfied and caution anyone ordering online from this place!!!!

Apparently, if you order two pizzas, you only get one delivered! Solid customer service, methany basically told me to kick rocks! If you’re looking for 1 pizza for $30.00 this is the place for you!

My wife and I were staying at the Creek Side Resort & RV Campground for just an overnight stay. It was too hot to cook outside and we had a long drive all day. We ordered online and then called to confirm that they would deliver to the campground and they said they could and it would be 45 minutes. 30 minutes later a nice young lady delivered our pizza, as ordered, early and HOT! Many fast-food pizza places are not good quality, on time let alone early. They didn't have to provide good service to us, we were clearly just passing through. This location was superb, delivered great service and made our night.

When I went to eat the pizza 1.was very cold 2.was so disgusting 3.on the receipt it said it was cut in squares and it was cut in slices 4.there was only six pieces I don't recommend Pizza Hut
