The location surprised customers with its delicious and warm food, making their experience enjoyable. While the staff is usually fast and nice, there was a delay in one order at the Hays Pizza Hut location, resulting in cold pizza and a longer wait time. Despite the delay, the friendly delivery person apologized and wished the customer an enjoyable evening.
