This is a quaint little shop off the normal travel routes. The sandwiches are delicious. But the honey cookie was amazingly simple and sweet. The staff were awesome and very kind. Highly recommend on your next trip to or through Hays, KS.
This is our stop round-trip between Illinois and Colorado every couple months. The menu of homemade comfort food at affordable prices is a gem of a place. Today I had a bowl of green bean dumpling soup and my husband had chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese on French bread, but there are other bread choices. See you on our way back to Illinois!
