Do NOT eat here! The entire place was filthy. I had to clean my own table and chairs and my husband had to use paper towels and water to clean the men's room enough just to use it because it was covered in piss. The women's restroom was ok but I had to pick up and move the oversized trash can to be able to get to the sink and the paper towel dispenser had a sign on it to "wiggle the bar inside because the motion sensor doesn't work but it isn't broken" instead of fixing or replacing it. The employees rushed us through ordering even though we were the only customers in line and we were trying to ask several children what they would like. Nothing was labeled so I asked what each of the meats are and the employee was very short with me. We got 3 burritos ( if you could call it that) I asked for cilantro and was given three pieces the size of a grain of rice and both employees proceeded to was up the tortillas into actual spheres I kid you not. One sphere ripped and they grabbed another unheated tortilla and dumped the filling into the other one. The toppings were not spread evenly at all I had to unwad, respread and reroll my burrito myself because there was no way to get my mouth around the sphere was. I paid and waited to be handed a receipt or at least be asked if I wanted one or told I was good to go but nothing. The guy stood there and stared at me like I was stupid and eventually said "oh you're done now if you wanna grab your stuff" but I hadn't even gotten the milk for the kids meals yet so I asked for them and he looked angry like I was lying and turned to the first employee and asked and had to be told yes we ordered milk and he had already been told to grab them but apparently when he went to grab milk he just grabbed cups

I don’t usually ever write reviews but this was quite literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. When we came in we were asked to quiet down. Which we respected since the room was echoey. However, after that we were treated terribly. The workers continued to make rude comments to me / my peers and would not serve us the food that we asked for.
For example, one of my peers asked if she could get cilantro after noticing she could get it. The worker looked up at her, gave her a dirty look, and wen’t “Can’t you see that I already closed the lid?”
I usually, try to be understanding of all situations but there was zero respect, understanding, or good service. It’s up to you whether or not you want to have good food but terrible service.

Usually like Qdoba but this one sucks came right at 6:00 pm they were missing half the ingredients and the staff was incredibly rude two grouchy ass teen age boys and and older lady that couldn’t give less of a shit. Food was poor quality to.

As someone who worked in food all throughout college, I’ve never been this person, but that was hands down the most horrendous customer service I’ve ever experienced. All three employees on the front line tonight, March 13th, were rude, abrupt, hard to understand, acted annoyed if you didn’t have an answer for exactly what you wanted within 2 seconds or couldn’t quite understand what they said, slapped ingredients on with no care, and used unacceptable profanities. I wanted a surf n turn bowl. When the shrimp wasn’t put on it I asked the second guy in line where it was and he annoyingly slid it across the counter to the first guy. None of them acted like they wanted to be there and my bowl was $19 which seems pretty steep. Haven’t been there in awhile and will not be going back. I don’t care how bad you don’t want to be there, that is atrocious customer service and they should be ashamed. No way to create a desirable atmosphere. Thumbs down.

Very rude older lady. Got a breakfast bowl. Woman would NOT put green peppers and onions on it.! Mumbled something about it being for lunch. I was perfectly okay with paying extra for this. Nope, not happening! She did not offer it as an extra or extra fee. Nothing. Nope not getting it. Customer service or satisfaction was not a concern. And the bowl .. I could have done better with leftovers from last week. Not impressed.

If 0 stars was possible it would be a 0 star experience. We parked and walked in and didn’t get 3 feet in the door and were told we had to turn around and repark the vehicle. So we left.

Went into the restaurant, first of all the screaming coming from the back employees, the service counter was a mess, the people working the service counter did not know anything , I ended up just leaving, this place needs better leadership and a better staff! This was absolutely ridiculous!!

Amazing place to eat, I love Qdoba but why can't I order an hour and half before you close on the mobile app? The mobile app says it closed at 9... That's really frustrating.
