We stopped in on Sunday during a long road trip and had a terrible experience. We waited in a super long line, the crew couldn’t seem to get their act together, there was a crew member openly swearing at another member, the food was terrible, the restaurant was dirty, the soda machine wasn’t working, and all 4 of us got sick after eating it causing 3 emergency bathroom stops. We think it was the chicken. We should have gone elsewhere. Qdoba is off the list for good!

Walked in, nobody else in front of me. Waited a few minutes before an employee came out, he was all sorts of in a bad mood, talking about how he doesn't get a break, people should be home with their families because the holidays are coming up (yeah, idk), etc. He didn't stop the whole time and was very rude. I ordered a burrito, got thru the line, another employee finishes the burrito, sets it by the cash register and then proceeds to make a large online order and then starts serving the rest of the people behind me while I'm standing there for probably 10 minutes with my burrito ready to go. It would have taken him 10 seconds to check me out, lol. Horrible mismanagement. Not going back.

Very rude staff member. Our first ineraction with them was being threatened to be kicked out as the restaurant was only for 'paying customers'. We were paying customers. We had only been in there a minute changing the baby's diaper first; we hadn't ordered yet.

The staff and manager at this location have to be some of the kindest fast food workers I've encountered. They really care about your experience and their cholula chicken is out of this world!

We ordered pick up in the drive through so I can’t really give much detail about service or atmosphere. My quesadilla hardly cheese “crusted” and there was minimal filling as you can see in the pictures. There were some burns spots and the chicken had a burnt taste. Definitely disappointed when I have seen posts saying they are hiring for a “very easy job”.

We passed through Hays while traveling on I-70 for the Thanksgiving holiday and ate a nice lunch here. Then I forgot my purse when we left! I called that evening and they did not see it in the dining room and it had not been turned in. However, when passing back through a few days later, I called to double check, and it had been found!! The lovely man whom I spoke w/ on the phone, and returned the purse to me when I got to the restaurant, was kind, sympathetic and was obviously a conscientious and helpful employee. I wish I had asked his name. He let me give him a hug of gratitude. Way to go Hays, for not thieving my purse and causing me to replace all my documents and keys! Good mid-western folks. Bless you!

This was my first time trying qdoba. The burrito was nothing special, service was terrible (see other comments about a rude long-haired man). Probably won’t ever visit another qdoba location. I’d recommend you don’t visit this one either.

Always good food at qdoba it definitely blows Chipotle out of the water ..... why do people love Chipotle when the selection there is so small when compared to qdoba. The true bowl winner.

I've eaten at a lot of Qdobas over the years, but I've never had the experience I did today, this team was amazing! The customer service was top notch, food was fresh, and the team they have working here it truley special.

On a special note, we got to speak with Chance while he was jumping from the line, to the kitchen, and cleaning up after his team. His customer service was fantastic and I'm not sure what his role is, but that young man is killing it! He's a huge asset to your company.
