Only come to this Starbucks if you have a lot of extra time on your hands. I ordered a hot Americano and waited for 25 minutes only to have it made as a cold beverage.

Waited over 30 minutes for two lattes. They were busy to be fair but people who ordered before us got their drinks before us. Might want to evaluate how they are organizing themselves during a rush.

My friend went and got us drinks from there they usually messed up the order, this time the drink had a fly that was gross it was in my mouth. She took the froemd back they suggested take a new one ofc I did not want a new one she got a refund. I'm sorry I feel they should done more than just that. Idk what that fly had and I chew it and was in my mouth.

Without question the absolute most poorly managed Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I missed a conference call despite having over 30 minutes to acquire a drink. 22 minutes in line (only three people) because NO ONE was working anything except the drive through window. Once she took our orders we watched them ignore our orders and they had all four people working mobile and drive thru. Ultimately 34 minutes to get black iced tea. Thai management style will achieve exactly what you are creating - a horrible inside experience and reinforcement that coming in to your store is devalued.
