bustling with life, they were busy, & were still able to seat tables adequately. my sevice was perfectly precise on her recommendation. The prime rib... prepared perfect & on point, & served without much of a wait. Impressive. strawberry cheesecake was indulgent & creamy. This is definitely one of the treasures of Hays, Ks. Well done. To My server Miss Ella, Thank you for the most perfect service of all dining establishments I have experienced in my 50 years....
Ask for Juli D! She was a fantastic and knowledgeable server. Even though we were there 30 minutes before closing, which I hate to do, she treated us like they had just opened. She had great recommendations and I had the Pig Ear which was super moist and juicy and my wife had the steak bites. It was a little loud and there were kids running around but overall I would say go and enjoy some good food!
