Fun stop! Holton is a beautiful town with brick layed roads. Pennys is right on their very quaint square. We met some John Prine fans and talked with a few friendly locals. I'm not good about pics of food but let me tell you the Egg Bites we're so yummy and fluffy, I ate 2. My husband had a Bacon,egg,cheese in a toasted panini.
