I came through the drive-thru today, and Selena made my experience exceptional. She was so friendly, cheerful, and welcoming from the moment she took my order. Got to the counter, gave my order, cashier didn't say a word and just took my order
I then proceeded to wait at the tables, after a few minutes i saw an employee put a bag down
I walk to the bag and see it's my order
No employee said anything to me, got the silent treatment the whole time
