Definitely in need of a refresh
Typical Applebee's but not busy and fast service
Service was great. Food was pretty good. Took off a star for the paying experience. They no longer provide an itemized receipt before paying, and instead you’re required to check out on a handheld screen while the server waits. You have to choose your tip before you can even see your full bill, which feels rushed and uncomfortable. I prefer being able to review my charges and tip at my own pace. Transparency is important to consumers.
