Manager needs to lower her voice and not yell at employees to get busy in front of customers.
The main thing I was disappointed in is we were setting back by the waitress work station and could everything. Ashlynn who was not waiting tables but helping at cash register went back there to get something dropped tongs on the floor, picked them up and put them right back on the counter work station without washing, wiping them off or anything. I’m thinking it may not be a good idea to have customers where we can see what happens in the work BUT would rather know employees know right from wrong. I wish I would have paid attention to our waitress name as she was great.“

“They were busy when we got there so we had a short wait. The staff were all were friendly. When we were seated our waitress was amazing. She was prompt friendley and fun. We do enjoy our time at Chili's!“

“I went here on a Saturday around 11:30. It was not busy at all but I will tell you this our service was fantastic. Food was good but not great. Our server asked us if we needed certain/extra things and was attentive. But not overly so. Also made recommendations of the menu. Overall a good experience. Not sure why the rating is so low for this place. Had the food been a little better would have been 5 stars.“

She is kind and always has a huge smile when serving customers. she praises her fellow employees when they grow and learn new things and she always willing to Go above and beyond for the betterment of the establishment. She is valued by customers and her fellow employees. Will be back plenty more times than i already have!“

“Service was great. Food was pretty good. Took off a star for the paying experience. They no longer provide an itemized receipt before paying, and instead you’re required to check out on a handheld screen while the server waits. You have to choose your tip before you can even see your full bill, which feels rushed and uncomfortable. I prefer being able to review my charges and tip at my own pace. Transparency is important to consumers.“
