“The staff wasn't that friendly. In fact, when we got to the counter to order, the gentleman was on his phone and acted perturbed that he had to get off to take our order.
We ordered 2 singles with cheese, a kids' meal, and fries. The food was fabulous! We will definitely go back for the burgers.“

“Surprisingly, the food was presented in moderate single portions instead of massive double portions. So it was very manageable to consume the serving plate without waste or take-home while it was fresh and hot.
The wait staff were very overwhelmed with our large group and more groups arriving, but they were very courteous and helpful and provided very good service despite getting slammed all at once.
I highly recommend this establishment and I will return for some more good food and live music!“

“Sang karaoke , bad thing is a group of tables sit right in front on the floor by the DJ taking up space & when you try & stand there the ppl at the tables are loud & you can't hear yourself singing bc of their drunk loudness & no room for anyone to dance if they cared to . 2 stars for arrangement of the tables . “The customer service at the Sandbox is superb! Went out to lunch with the boys and my sister. At the entrance Easton saw they had a grinch drink (but it was alcoholic 😵‍💫) anyway he wanted a grinch drink. When we sat down we asked the waiter if they could make him a virgin grinch drink. They explained the drink he saw they couldn’t make it virgin but they would make another special grinch drink for him. I completely didn’t expect that but am very grateful that they did that for him, it definitely made his day 💚“

“Thank you to Michael and his crew. We came in on the 15th for my son's 5th bday. They went above and beyond to make it seem like it was his party there. The jukebox wasnt working and Bug wanted to hear one song for his bday. Michael went and played it . He went over the loud speaker and had everyone wish him a happy bday. It really was a memorable experience for me and I hope he remembers the kindness too!“
