“Went to Buster's for a late lunch, but they were closed. Buster's recommended The Grill. Upon entering the restaurant, Terry (owner) introduced himself and his wife and welcomed us. Hubby and I enjoyed our lunch! At the end of our meal, Lori ((wife / owner) hopefully I spelled it correctly?) asked if we had room for dessert. We didn't, but we ended up with a cherry cobbler and ice cream. It's definitely a good recommendation, Buster!“
“This one is pretty cut and dry. Decent food, nice staff. There ya go! While there isn't too much to say about Tin Lizard other than it's kind of a Hard Rock Cafe knockoff with guitars on the walls and a "rock 'n' roll" theme'd menu, there also isn't too much to complain about. The staff always seems a bit understaffed and the constant flow of casino regulars cashing in their free food steals a ton of attention away from the patrons paying at the bar. The food ain't half bad, but it aint half good either. It does seem to come out differently at different times of the day as the pizza was pretty good at night but during the day it left something to be desired. The taco salad was something you'd be happy to whip up at home but a little cheated when paying for it, but my buddy did say the potato soup was quite good... heartburn impending. Unless you're going to the steakhouse or the small cafe, this is your only real option for food. Take what you can get, I suppose!“
“Excellent burgers and fries, and onion rings, made and cooked fresh, brought to your table. Plain good burgers.Vegetarian options: None, unless you just eat the fries ? or onion rings.Parking: Grounds and lot are unpaved, and the buiding is on piers, so while there's a ramp, it's not exactly "wheelchair friendly".“
“The food was good and the service was even better. We cam in with what is usually plenty of time for us to eat before closing but between a fussy baby and the abundance of food we ended up staying past closing. The staff was warm and friendly the entire time and never rushed us and was just so great. Would recommend and will be going back to try even more food!“
“I tried Louis Rose Hill Cafe with a friend on his recommendation, and I definitely was not disappointed! I ordered a double Bob's Blaze burger and the corn fritters as a side. The two 1/3 lb hamburger patties made a huge and delicious burger! I had bacon added to it, which really put it over the top! The corn fritters were very tasty as well! I definitely recommend trying this small town cafe. The hospitality is amazing here, and they seem to stay pretty busy! I will definitely be back to try more of their menu items!“
“MY FAVORITE BAR! BC's Bar and Grill absolutely oozes personality. It's a low key gem with super friendly customers and staff with cheap drinks and good food. It's a place where everyone knows everyone and by the end of your night you will have likely been adopted into the family. When I walk in, my beer is either actively being poured before I order it, or it's already waiting for me when I walk up. The people I've introduced to BC's have mostly become regulars themselves.I mostly go for Karaoke and it's an awesome time, the sound is good and the environment is typically party like. Nothing crazy just everyone having an great time. I like it there so much that I had my engagement party there.BC'S is a true melting pot. My go to spot. "Sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name"“
“I had an omelet and don't remember the name but it had quite a bit of onion on it. The hash browns were golden crisp-excellent. My gravy covered biscuit was good and oh so filling. My slice of take-out cherry pie was terrific!!! Our server was great ? She really pulled my order together like I asked. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly.“
“We had a birthday party for my husband last Saturday. Hog wild bbq is the best. The sauce that comes with it makes it taste amazing. Love this bbq….,,Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables on the menu to pick from.Dietary restrictions: Easy to pick the right food for your restrictions right on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats for your hole family.Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t need it now but if I ever do it is available, right at the front door.“
“This was our first time eating here. We parked on the wrong side at first and thought it was closed. ??♀️? The door to enter is on the side with The Mattress Hub.The food was pretty good, and the menu had a lot of options. My husband said his Cuban sandwich had a little too much mustard but was still good. The skillet I had was good. I wouldn’t get it again just because it was a little too cheesy for my liking. Our server was very kind and patient. The atmosphere was calm and family oriented.“
“Stopped by this Spangles Sunday for lunch. It's been a while since I had Spangles. But they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and hot. Anytime you're asked to pull forward and wait, you know your food will be fresh. Spangler always has the nicest employees, too; not just this one in Derby but anytime I visit their restaurants.“
“Laurie's never fails! Breakfast or lunch the food is always fresh and delicious! Service is so important to me and Laurie and her family truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and happy and make sure that you leave with a smile on your face and a full belly! Totally family friendly and cozy down home atmosphere! I love LAURIES KITCHEN! I'm from CA and literally dream of being here!“
