“I just wanted to say that during our entire time there I saw the assistant manager, I believe his name his Bill? He was an elderly gentleman, but he was a hard worker. I watched him bringing food and drinks out to tables and vacuuming and cleaning tables. What a wonderful example of a good manager helping his team.“
“the food was great and the size I had left overs, the price wasn't too bad,and I liked watching the different sports The service was nice and friendly. the meal was $10-$12 each.Parking: There is enough handy cap parking up close to the doors so it wasn't too far for me to walk. it can be a bit tight if there were a lot of big trucks parked in the lot at one time.“
“As a woman, the servers were not interested in serving me at all. I don’t care for the communal dining experience especially when it’s just two of us and we are sitting with loud strangers. But he likes the food, so we went.Wheelchair accessibility: All high top tables so I didn’t see wheelchair accessible table options.“
“We had the roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots. It was amazing. Then we had pineapple upside down cake. It was moist, great flavor and the carmel pineapple glaze was so tasty. We were there on a busy friday night. Service was timely, servers were very kind and attentive. Great dining experience. Just happen to pick this restaurant on our travels from Minnesota to Texas ?“
“Terrific! Previously reviewed, now updating. Marked service improvements, or maybe I caught Doo-Dah on an off-day before. Today's visit revealed the same awesome food. Prices are up there, but the food quality and portion sizes make it right. Just about any menu item, if fully consumed, will make you need a nap! Can fully recommend the Meatloaf lunch. Also, the French Dip is superb, with the Prime Rib being flavorful and lean. Au jus is perfect. INSIDER TIP... ask to be seated in D's area. Check this guy out. No pad. Everything from memory. Claims to be able to take up to 16 orders with complete accuracy. Impressive service. Highly recommeded.“
“First time eating there today and I don't know how it stayed off my radar for so long! Service was prompt and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious with plump roast beef and fresh cooked bacon. Sides are as good as a pot luck and don't taste mass produced. Cookies were tastier and cheaper than specialty shops around town. 100% recommend!“
“Everything was great! Starting from the customer service that I received over the phone and in person, to the creative menu options. My family and I loved and appreciated so much about this restaurant, we look forward to coming back again and again.“
“If you like to try different Bourbon and Whiskey this is the place, guessing they had 75 or more. Everything from low end to higher end including Blanton's, Eagle rare Bourbon. Depending on the Bourbon price can vary alot. But if you always want to try a higher quality drink but didn't want to spend money on a bottle this is the place.I discovered a new favorite Calemet 10 year, so much flavor, I preferred this over Blanton's which is pricey almost 3x the price. They have some basic bar food, because when sampling so many Bourbon or Whiskey your really do need some food.I will be back next time in town to try some others on the list. BTW I have my drink made Old Fashioned, I prefer the flavor, but they do sell them neat, in the rocks etc all same price.“
“One of the most kid friendly restaurants- they had toys for the kids to play with and were so accommodating of them. Every dish was excellent (picatta, swordfish, kids mac and cheese and chicken strip, and mascarpone dessert). The service was amazing and we will definitely be back!“
“Nolan was the sweetest ever. Always on top of it and kept checking in with my fiancé and I. We always had bread at the table and even gave us some extra to bring home. We native Texans are always happy with Roadhouse but Nolan was the best. Thank y’all and thank YOU Nolan!!“
“We had a wonderful lunch at this location! We had an early morning dentist appointment for my child and our server, Amenah, was on the ball! She was very kind and understanding of my child’s goofiness! Food was delightful and the beers were great!“
“Great place, friendly staff and patrons. Great place to have a cigar, grab a bite, and watch the game. Then hang out and listen to live music in the front end of the building. Private rooms, friendly atmosphere, and reasonable prices. What more could you possibly ask for??If you're not a member, find someone who is and head on over. Once you do, you'll probably ask for a member application.“
“Excellent burger and fries!! My friend got the pasta and loved it. The serving was HUGE! Enough for 3 meals. Friendliest service I have experienced. Huge smiles and lots of thanks. They are very interested in customer’s enjoyment of the food. Will definitely be back soon!!!!“
“Stopped in on our way through Wichita. Was not expecting pub food to be so great! Favorite item that we tried was the French dip, it had a unique and tasty smoke flavor to it! Pretzels were nice and soft and the Club was perfect! Would give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The outdoor area was esthetically pleasing. Definitely would eat there again if we are ever back in the area!“
“Casual atmosphere, our waitress was wonderful. We got the Breakfast Shoe, which is a mound that starts with toast, hashbrowns, choice of meat (sausage, ham, chorizo, bacon), eggs, and a heaping of sausage gravy. The one thing they didn't get right was the egg. We ordered it fried medium and it was definitely over easy, too runny. Otherwise, very enjoyable.“
“This is a nice place that our motorcycle group for "Ole Farts" meets up frequently. The food is good, sometimes just mediocre, but usually good and at a good price. Service is normally good, with an occasional slip, but pretty reliable. Atmosphere... well, it's a typical diner. But it isn't loud or annoying, and your food comes out fairly quickly. It is a solid 4 star place that IS worth your time and money.“
“Odd location but smart for them to be the in-house restaurant option in a large office building. Coincidentally was right by our hotel so we loved it! They have lots of vegan baked goods and the menu is small but half is plant -based. We got the Philly and bbq sandwiches. Enormous portions.“
“They’re usually pretty tasty! I mostly get breakfast because I go only every so often and their breakfast is delicious! I usually get pancakes or waffles with sausage links and scrambled eggs and I’ve been going since I was little and I can only think of twice that it wasn’t delicious. However, even those non delicious times, the food was still yummy. They also are wonderful for drinks because they’re like an old fashioned diner and so they have cherry limeade, floats, etc. I personally adore getting the limeade with soda water because it keeps it decently tart since they make it fresh! They also have delicious desserts if you’re not too full afterwards! ?Parking: There’s always spaces open because it has three sides of it with parking spots and there’s more parking in the shopping strip mall.Kid-friendliness: I’m pretty sure they have a kids menu, but even if they don’t, they have such a wide variety that there’s something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters.Wheelchair accessibility: It is ADA compliant and so it’s pretty easy to get around.“
“One of our favorites! The food is always perfect and the staff is tremendous. We’ve never had a bad experience.*** Note that the Spinach Artichoke dip is the best in town. This is a perfect restaurant for a date night, cocktails and apps, or work dinner. Highly recommended!“
“Our experience was amazing. Their menu was slightly different than what we found on this app but we were still able to find some amazing meals. We had the deviled eggs for an appetizer and all I can say is wow. The other reviews on here don't do them justice. I had the mahi-mahi with a mushroom and bacon cheesy sauce over rice and that was without a doubt the best mahi-mahi I've ever had. I also had a Sweet Caroline cocktail with my meal and that just added to the awesome experience we had. My Gf had the Cajun shrimp and she absolutely loved it. We will definitely be eating here again.“
“Our waitress KIM was the shiznit! She tolerated my foul mouth ray of sunshine and was fast efficient and I was Floored by the size of my steak considering how inexpensive it was! This meal was 15$. Happy Birthday to me and what a good vibes place ‘ I was dressed as Mrs Claus to “
“We had never heard of this establishment, we were invited to meet up with a family member for an early dinner.Sports bar feel throughout the restaurant and the bar area. Lots of servers to help take your orders and get your drinks.I Highly recommend the Shotgun Shrimp Po' Boy and an order of onion rings. This location sits behind the Texas Roadhouse.Parking: Plenty of parking, lot is mapped out kinda funny, so be careful navigating around the curb areas. Additional parking adjacent to the property.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap spaces near the front doors. May need assistance with entering the double doors.“
“Time we arrived a little busy had a twenty minute wait but worth it. Ordered the pizza and salad was great . Got a flight of in house brews to try we liked most of them but the blueberry was are favorite. Git a six pack to go have to go back and try some of the other foods the hamburgers we seen looked great. Our waiter was superb and atmosphere was great if you haven't already been there it's worth trying and was easy on the pocket.“
“The staff (Rachel, at the bar) was attentive towards my needs while balancing other guests, coaching restaurant staff, and managing the entire bar portfolio. She actually made my head spin on how efficient she was balancing everything under her scope of responsibilities. Pizza was very good and beverage selection was strong.“
“This is my go to place for brisket. I don't waste my time with bread and sides, I just come here for a pound or two of brisket and get on my way. There are other places in Wichita that have brisket but I don't like it being Chopped with a bunch of barbecue sauce on it. I order it sliced and extra moist, which means fatty, but they smoke it right which makes it melt in your mouth. Keep it up, Two Brothers, you're doing it right in my opinion.“
“Went in today for the first time. It was amazing. The Mac and cheese with fried chicken was delicious and my friend got the Mac and cheese with Nashville Hot Chicken - which was enjoyed. The staff was amazing from the very moment I walked in; the gentleman said I appeared lost and wanted to know if I was looking for someone. Both him and the other female server waited our table; I’ve never had such attentive servers in previous restaurants. Will definitely return“
“We ate there for the first time today and everything was so good. Fast. Friendly service! we had omlettes, hashbrowns (they were nice and crispy on the outside but soft inside) biscuits and gravy. and a cinnamon roll. Will definitely eat there again.“
“This place should be a national treasure! It's tucked away in a basement and the atmosphere is amazing. Warm lighting, great decor, and exposed brick. Gives a new yourk tavern vibe. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the public smash with fries. Right away you can tell it is fresh beef not frozen, the fries look and taste hand cut. It was simply amazing. Favorite burger in town for me. Will definitely be back. 10/10“
“This place was amazing! Food and staff were amazing! Building was awesome. The only thing it needs as it is a dining establishment is a baby changing station somewhere. Went around noon with husband and 5 month old and there was nowhere to change him. I had to either lay him on the floor or change him in the car. Other than that it was a great place for a quick bite.“
“This is a review on there fine dinning restaurant. This farm to table small restaurant is worth the price. With amazing food that is sourced with care and the service. Every course is unique and is described to you the intricacies details that went thru in making it. Defiantly an experience. Perfect for a special occasion as it is on the pricier side. Defiantly keep in it in mind anytime I’m in witchita and deciding where to go. Plus you must check out the creamery barn! I’m be visiting that everytime in near.“
“This is one of our favorite restaurants in Wichita. Love the food, vibe and service. Normally we get one of the fresh fish specials or the amazing George Banks Scallops but tonight we went with small plates. The crab cakes are so good and we added the seared steak and it had amazing flavor. Of course we started with some fresh oysters as always, very good. Sydney was our server for the second time and she is one of the best we have had at any restaurant. She is very attentive and it is obvious she wants the dining experience to be a memorable one.“
“Dog-N-Shake is a Wichita classic. You can't go wrong with this menu. Toasted buns, fresh crinkle cut fries, leathery dogs. Burgers are the right amount of greasy. Pork fritter is a nice option. Limeades and shakes are on point. Perfect corn dogs. Make this a local tradition!“
“I'm writing this review to thank the bartender at club rain I believe his name was Andrew for helping me get home tonight it is very much appreciated and I did make it home and everyone was so kind to me and I really appreciate everyone's kindness“
“This Old Chicago restaurant was really good. I got the make your own Calzone, which was really good. The wife got the Meatball sandwich which she didn't like, but I thought was ok. We also ordered chicken strips for the kid, but ended up with a chicken tender sandwich. The server corrected the order and even removed it from our bill. Overall, really happy we stopped.“
“Let me tell you, if you want a great sandwich with some cold beer. Merle's is definitely the place. Plus, I had a cup of chili. Going forward, I will come here for chili. Absolutely Awesome Chili. Great place to relax and enjoy a great meal.“
“my husband and I went for the the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. I love that they keep the potatoes in the warmer and then place them back in the warmer after adding the toppings. The food was delicious and the workers were so nice. We would 100% go back.“
“My family and I dined in this past Sunday for my daughter's 26th Birthday. I was super pleased at how our waiter Lucas worked with us. Especially while under pressures of training a new waitress, transparency & patience of working with multiple diversities. Lucas really went above & beyond ?? I was truly thankful for his genuine care, and authenticity.“
“I'm a sucker for a good steak at a reasonable value. LHS delivers on both! The steamed broccoli is awesome and the steaks always come out as ordered. This is my go-to for Wichita.Update 4/6/24: Still a decent place to get a good Steak in Wichita. On busy nights like Saturdays, parking can get a bit packed. Save some hassle and go park just East of the building.“
“We popped in for a late lunch. The place it's self reminds me of an old Irish pub, dim lights, and seems like a fun place to come hang with friends after work. The food and service were great. Fish and chips, chicken tenders with fries is what we had - we would eat both again. The only downside is that it smelled a little like cigar smoke - not the whole time but enough to notice it. It wouldn't keep us from coming back though.Parking: Walt's is tucked into a corner on the back side of a business center with an apartment complex on the other side. It's not hard to find, but you have to be looking for it.“
“This is a great, family-friendly place and an awesome hangout spot with friends. I enjoy the pickle ball courts. You'll have to reserve ahead of time if you want to play. The food is good too. I only had the spicy chicken sandwich, so I can't say how the options are. They also have a bar with lots of TVs for sports, so that's also a plus.Parking: I suggest parking over at the bowling alley area because the parking at the spot itself can get hectic.“
“Always love coming here. I don’t frequent too often since I live across town but when I do it’s always worth the trip. Extensive martini list with lots of different combinations. Still finding a bunch that I like. I usually get the blackened chicken pasta and it’s always phenomenal. The Cajun meatloaf is really good as well. The muffin service is great. The service is always excellent too. Definitely recommend for any occasion.“
“It was busy for St. Patty's weekend. Service was good and food came out super gast and was tasty, first time having a loose meat sandwhich (crumble burger) in a restaurant. My mom used to make them at home all the time. Its like a sloppy Joe without the sauce. The homemade root beer was really good as well!“
“Jerry’s is an iconic local bar in Wichita. With live music every weekend, it attracts a predominantly older crowd, with cheap drinks to get your night started or to enjoy a night of dancing to mostly older songs. It’s great to grab a table with a group of friends to sing and dance the night away on the west side of town. Been here multiple times and I’ve never not felt safe there. The majority of the people that come here are really looking to have a good time. Try it out!Parking: Plenty of parking in front, sides, and in the back. And if that’s not enough, there is street parking that never fills up.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in and easily can get around inside and to the restroom.“
“We attended a dinner with two dozen attendees celebrating a special West Point event. The cash bar, wait staff, private room, food quality, and atmosphere were all top notch. Aaron took care of our beverage needs and kept superb track of the individual checks so settling up at the end of the evening (four hours!) was a snap. The wait staff were all very attentive and friendly, and coincidentally great videographers helping us with memorializing the event. Food was excellent and very timely. Working with the marketing staff to organize the dinner, create a menu, and set up the private room was a snap. They were very accommodating, and we will certainly return for another event. If they'll have us, of course ... we were a bit rowdy and stayed longer than we anticipated!“
“in from texas visiting family. my brother recommended this place for everyone to meet and grab a bite. all i can say is, don’t judge this book by its cover. pulling up to the location, i questioned if we were in the right place based on my brothers comments about the food and atmosphere. we had a wonderful experience with everything. family friendly too. food and service was really great. we all ordered different appetizers and shared. it was nice to sample so many dishes.“
“Love goin here. Its fun to people watch and listen to karaoke. 2 pool tables, some Dragon gambling digital game, and one of the best places if you like to sing. Usually packed Friday-Sunday around 9p.m. or laterParking: Parking is not usually an issue except weekends at night.“
“My mother & I stopped on our way to Colorado. We had an easy restroom stop that was clean. We did some great shopping! Then we had lovely meal served by a really good waitress. What more can you ask for?!Vegetarian options: They have salad, green beans, corn, fried okra, cucumber & onion in vinaigrette(excellent), fried apples, hash brown casserole. Baked potato.“
“In town for dad's surgery stopped by for lunch with my sister and her boyfriend. Sandwiches were really good and love the choice of music and atmosphere outside table. Angie was an amazing waitress very quick, professional and attentative. Prices are fair, won't break your wallet. I'll be back next time I'm in Wichita 4 sure!! Parking isn't guaranteed but not far walk..“
“Two moms with 6 kids googled restaurants while staying in WichitaAnd the Hill came Up. Our server was amazing and so sweet and patient with our kids. The food was good. Servings were big so we took half back to our hotel and made a great late night snack!“
“It's like being in the old West w/a touch of moderation of days of new.Staff, waitresses very polite, professional toward everybody. Go check it out, you Will not be disappointed... I'm Jean and I worked for Cheryl Gotten, owner... See 4 your self.Parking: It's a little tight due to the clintelecoming in. IT IS worth the wait.“
