Look, this place is a hidden gem! For a hotel restaurant, you'd never know that the food here is exceptional. It's a must visit if you're here in town period!!!!!
I came on a Friday night after 6pm. There was live music that was very good. I ordered the grilled salmon and it was so amazing. I ate every bite. I got served by Harley E and even though she was the only one on staff, she did an absolutely amazing job. 5 stars all day and night.
The service is great and the food is delicious. Abby is a fantastic bartender!!

54 Craft & Co. featuring Bennigan's On The Fly is a hidden gem. For a hotel restaurant, the food is exceptional. It is a must visit. On a Friday night after 6pm, there was live music that was very good. The grilled salmon was so amazing. The shrimp and chicken pasta, the smash burger, and sweet potato fries were also mentioned. The Pick-3 appetizer was yummy with a good variety of options. The drinks and beer were solid. The place was clean and quiet. Service was excellent. One server was very attentive and gave great service. Another server was phenomenal, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very attentive. One server did an absolutely amazing job even though she was the only one on staff. One server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and easily the highlight of the visit. However, one salad had lettuce that was clearly frozen before serving. One $27 steak was disappointing. It was riddled with gristle, and the mashed potatoes tasted microwaved. The food quality needs serious improvement for the price.
