All of our entrees got ruined with them adding ingredients not asked for and making one a bowl when it was supposed to be a burrito. One entree had a finger nail in it!!! I will never return to this chipotle. Everything wasn’t wrapped well either. For $129 that I spent I feel ripped off!!! Save yourself the trouble and frequent a different location.
The restaurant did not match the order on the lid to the food in the bowl. Their automated offer of compensation? A free drink! I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for the incorrect order. At least offer to make the correct meal or have a way to reach the location by phone. The automated system is awful and not personal.
I just had the absolute worst customer service experience from manager Dawn at Chipotle #1302 located on South Rock Rd and Kellogg. On my way home I stopped to order a salad which is in compliance with my current meal plan. At the last station prior to paying I requested the vinaigrette dressing. The lady replied yes. I pay and leave. My home is at least 15 minutes away from this location. I get home NO VINAIGRETTE DRESSING. I'm in disbelief. Understand: in the past I've ordered...read full review
