Love the pretzel dogs! 🥨
Horrible service with an attitude! Ordered pretzel dogs at 1:21 by my receipt told 10 min. At 1:50 blocked the line and demanded my food. Got food at 2:00... then was asked if I paid!

Auntie Anne's has a long-time customer who appreciates the friendly service of the older man at the front. However, some staff members have been observed wearing gloves while handling food and money, and displaying poor attitude towards customers. The restaurant can get very busy, especially since it's the only location left in Towne East, and parking can be a challenge. Despite the issues, their pretzels are still a popular favorite, although the menu may not always feature the desired items, such as the cheesy stuffed pretzels.
