“I wanna start with the bad review below! Bogus. I find it hard to believe someone’s order is consistently wrong, and they CONTINUE to visit the establishment. All to go online and leave a bad review?!? I am a regular! In all the years I’ve gone I can count on one hand the times my order has been wrong. Even then, it’s been fixed! EVERY barista is friendly and knows me by name just by hearing my voice in the drive thru! Excellent customer service!“
“Listen. I was an avid Dunkin visitor. It is cheaper, yes. However, the employees at Dunkin started acting like I was ruining their day by ordering coffee. I started back here at Starbies about 2 months ago and the staff is phenomenal. There is a lady who is always at the window who recognizes me and always asks how my day is. I wish I knew her name! Excellent customer service. The flavors are pretty consistent. There are a few mornings where I'm frustrated that my iced coffee isn't stirred, but it's not a big deal.“
