Starbucks in Wichita

“I was astonished by how dang efficient and fast this location was, so much so I mentioned how impressed I was with how quick they were moving the drive thru along, thats when they mentioned their store had been top in their district 9 weeks straight !? And I believe it ! Staff was beyond friendly and transaction was so seamless felt like I was at a yield sign and less like a 10 car pile up .
My iced chia latte may have fed my soul but this caliber of service nearly made my head explode 🤯“

“I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but the girl that has greeted me in the drive thru the last 2 times I went (this morning and Mothers Day morning) is an absolute delight! She’s so upbeat and cheery! I hope she knows how much of an impact she can have on people’s day.“

“Staff are friendly beyond expectation, most conversational staff in wichita, drinks are all great I have no problem with them. Whenever i go here, i am confident that the service will be speedy so I can make it to class on time. Knowing this, I often skip my slow local starbucks to visit this one instead.“

“I love the workers in here I just started coming recently to read my Bible and their always so kind to me and I whenever I have questions about anything their always very respectful and kind. The drinks are very well made and made very fast. The atmosphere is very clean I sit inside and its always very clean very rarely I have to wipe something of a table I want to use but thats just life, they cant make drinks and clean at the same time.“

“I just wanted to get on here and write this review. I do not usually write reviews at all but today, I went to Wichita, Kansas with my wife, as I work an odd schedule where I am not home for 2-3 days at a time, and I had the day off and wanted to spend time in the car with my wife. I decided to spend the day, while she was working, at this Starbucks, and I am so glad that I did. When I am under stress or forget to take my ADHD medication, I have a stutter. Well the stutter was out today and the staff was so polite and kind. They did not interrupt me when I was ordering and they were very professional. They never made fun of me or mocked me, like I have had done at other dining locations. As I sat there, there was some customers that weren't the most pleasant but the staff maintained their professionalism and kindness. The employees at this location deserve some recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and patience that they had today and I believe it is probably every single day that they are at work! I will definitely be coming back to this Starbucks, if I am ever in the Wichita area in the future!“

“They were amazing!! They got our order perfect and out quickly! My only problem is that they were understaffed and were running on a holiday with half the staff so they all were very tired and worn out!

Kid-friendliness: They were out of chocolate milk so they MADE my son one“

“I swing by Starbucks mostly during the time leading up to Christmas. Their Peppermint Micha is so yum ? . It's one of the only things I drink. The staff has always been friendly. While the lines might get long, that first sip is totally worth it.“

“I stopped in this Starbucks to meet up with an old friend and mentor. The service was great and my coffee excellent.I will say parking is very limited and hard to get in and out of. Don't think about turning Left during peak traffic hours to get out of the parking lot“

“Baristas so lovely, and fast! I’ve never had a bad experience here, most of the girls are very sweet. They’re very good with the customers especially in the morning they keep everything moving fast and organized. I recommend going when Britany, Susie or Natalia are working!“

“The manager @ this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’m not sure if she wants a promotion to GM or DM, but she definitely deserves it. It is very rare these days to find somebody that gives such good customer service and that understands the value of customer service as much as this gal’ does. She gets it! “This is my FAVORITE Starbucks to visit. It's always clean and there is hardly ever a wait. When they are busy the wait still isn't to long. If you're in a hurry you can also order on the app. It's so convenient to be able to get my coffee and then just start my grocery shopping. Jess is the best!! She is always friendly and greats you with warm smile and kind word! My favorite drink is the hot Carmel Macchiato. I also like the Pink drink.

Parking: Since this location is inside of Dillons there is always plenty of parking available.“

“We came to this Starbucks because we specifically Wanted a place With seating to enjoy our coffee. The pictures Google is displaying show seating. However, when we got here here their was no seating! Talking with a barista the store was renovated over a year ago to be a drive through only. Please update your site to reflect this.“

“I have been here about 7 or 8 times, our last visit was over the weekend. We went every morning before going to sports events. We had three different baristas and they were all great. Frankly, best lattes we've ever had from Starbucks. I gave service a four only because out of all the baristas we've had there was one that acted like she hated her job and fiercely disliked people, but that was during a visit about 8 months ago. Hopefully, she doesn't work there anymore and likes her job. All-in-all, we like this Starbucks. The last three baristas we had this last weekend were wonderful. They made the best hazelnut lattes we have ever purchased anywhere. we appreciate all who work there.“

“Since Rasberry syrup made a sweet come back, I've been by everyday for my fix, try it. Venti Passion Ice tea, 4 classic, 2 rasberry, no water, shake until cold, enjoy!
