I had one script to pick up today 06/26/2023. I was in the drive through at pharmacy and for what ever reason the pharmacy decided to close 7 minutes early. I sat at the speaker in the drive thru from 7:53 to 8:00pm trying to get an answer with no success. This is petty, whoever decided to close the window before 8:00pm should be fired. Their pharmacy techs are rude and dismissive and you show them a coupon with a prescription company that guarantees one price and they tell you that it’s wrong?
A particular tech who’s been there quite some time seems to think it’s ok to talk down to customers and treat them like crap. And feels she’s not required to do her job which I thought was to help customers
