save lots of money. visit the TOP HAT during state fair time! Great friendly atmosphere, cold beer, spend less on cold beer everyday! Ask what their favorite drink of the week, if you have the huevos!
If this is the same Top Hat that I patronized in the mid 60's while a student at Hutch Juco, it holds many, many great memories and had a Pizza Hut next door.
Okay bar until 10 pm but then gets pretty shady.
