I've lived in Independence for over 10 years. This has always been my favorite fast food restaurant in town. Their customer service has consistently been above and beyond, and I've never once had any food from them that wasn't on point. Their prices are reasonable, too! I am so thankful for Arby's! Shout out to Safiyra for her kindness and professionalism!!!

I love the bourbon brisket sandwich very delicious
Long wait to pick up order ahead just now. Waited 15 minutes got the food and the damn rostbeef and cheddar had no cheddar. What is the point. Food is cold, no cheese, got the wrong drink. Simply so disappointed this time.
