“Ordering over the phone was not a good experience. The young man taking the order needs better customer service and phone etiquette. Was told 25 minutes and it was 45 minutes instead. The Chicago pizza (deluxe) was delicious. Only problem was it was lukewarm when getting it home. So popped it in the air fryer.“

“I have eaten here at least three times, and each time the food was fantastic. Good service, small town atmosphere and slower rhythm, plenty of local customers. One small opportunity for improvement would be the way the surfaces are cleaned. Each time I've eaten here I smell that dirty dish rag smell, so maybe if the rags get sanitized or switched out just a little more often, that would take care of it. Love the apple butter option for biscuits and rolls.“

“I went to Braum’s for a burger, ice cream, and emotional stability. The burger was solid, the fries disappeared before I made it home, and the milkshake was so thick my straw filed for workers’ compensation.
The grocery section always feels like a side quest. I came in for a combo meal and somehow left with eggs, bread, and deep respect for cows.
Service was fast too. The cashier looked like they’d seen some things, but still handed me my bag with the strength of a true Oklahoma warrior.
10/10. Braum’s is what happens when a burger joint and a small-town grocery store decide to become best friends.“
