Waffles in Independence, KS

“I love breakfast and this place had a terrific meal, that was so huge I brought half of it back to my room for breakfast tomorrow. My waitress was very personable ensuring everyone was taken care of, but also sat down with the people one table over from me, as they seemed in need to have someone to talk to. I was totally amazed how she gave them that special attention, yet had ensured the rest of us had our needs met. It was also her birthday, so I gave her a large tip because to meal was great, and her attention to detail was outstanding. I'd give the food a 5 start and her service a 10 out of 5.“
