“First visit and happy to have local BBQ in Junction City. I chose the brisket burnt ends with smoked mac and cheese, and baked beans. I received a sample of the collard greens too. Brisket burnt ends had a great smoked taste, good peppery flavor, and very tender. Greens and baked beans were seasoned great and full of flavor. Smoked mac and cheese lacked smoke, cheese, flavor, and taste. Overall, great first experience. Reasonable price and they don’t slack on the portions. Variety of meats and sides to choose from. I’ll be back to try something different next time.“

“Please don't burn the brisket because I had to toss 50% of it away 😢 it tasted good. The lady upfront was really nice. green beans were really hard to eat definitely not going to recommend getting this food again sorry Junction City“

“I want to thank Steve and his crew in Lawton, OK for catering our Oklahoma National Guard Unit Holiday meal for over 400 Soldiers. They did an amazing job with fast friendly service. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot! We will continue to use for all catering services.“
