Ordered on Doordash, got the 3 meat dinner and man! It was like a homemade 4th of July barbecue dinner! The ribs keep their shape while also pulling off the bone with ease, the brisket is smokey and tender, and the polish sausage is juicy and reminds me of home. 10/10 will be ordering again!
We were a party of four, The food was great as it should be, The four of us had dinner and it only came to around fifty dollars. The service was quick.And the food with nice and warm not cold, One of the best barbecue places around.Parking: Off street parking

Shout out to Billy Sims BBQ in Junction City KS. Visiting our son who is stationed at Fort Riley Kansas from Virginia and stopped for dinner. It was the absolute best BBQ I've ever had hands down. Excellent food, great portions with fair prices , friendly service and super clean atmosphere. I definitely recommend trying Billy Sims BBQ if you want a taste of perfection. Loved it.
