Ordered thru Uber eats. Bought half pound roast beef and they skimped on the beef....wasn't half pound Sandwich was as small as a regular roast beef. And it was cold! And dry like it already or sliced and sitting around forever. The potato cakes were tasteless and bland. And They didn't even put salt packets in with it....This Has happened more than once with Arby's. Might be common practice. Don't order Arby's with food delivery service!

This was my first time eating at Arby's, and I just want to say that the manager or employee there, named Mike, did an excellent job; he recommended great items I was looking for. He gave me an entire breakdown; he was awesome. Also, the prices here are absolutely reasonable; 4 for 10 beef sandwiches is a great value. I got just one, and it was a solid size. Overall, the fries, the beef, and the Brisket were great. Also, Mike did a great job. I'm definitely coming back.

I ordered 3 jamocha shakes and a chocolate shake in the drive thru and they were all just vanilla. I was the only customer, so it wasn't busy. I of course didn't realize this until I was already back home with treats for the family. Disappointed.

Seems like this location is lacking some of the items other locations have. The chicken salad wrap is not worth the $3.65 I paid for it. Pretty bland and tiny.

If you are looking for decent, fast food, this is it. Service is always great and the food is always fresh.
We just now sat in the lobby for 8 mins while the guy stood in the kitchen watching us and his phone and the other employees sat in the back just laughing have a good time instead of helping customers z I rang that bell to let them know we was waiting to order, then some girl came out and stood and hid from us. Like close the door if you don’t want to help customers!

I ordered the Philly cheese stake combo, medium size. It was the WORST ever! Who decided that ground hamburger meat could suffice as steak. Let alone it had cheese sauce and not sliced. The medium drink was for a kids meal. This is why I don't do Arby's it's like a box of chocolates, you didn't know what you're gonna get.

Went into the drive through waited 5 min nobody said anything, thought maybe they were closed. Went to the window someone came to the window. We said we will go back around, Went back around and was ignored apparently again. So we left. Great people yall for working for ya.

I pulled in to take a break from driving. The place was dead for awhile, absolutely no one going in. Took awhile for someone to take my order, waited over 10 minutes for it, was given 2 sandwiches instead of one, and the man kindly said I could keep it.
The Asian lady that must be the manager, came by and snatched it off my tray and told me to pay extra. The man was apologetic but that lady does not know how to run a business. I think the other workers are fed up with her too. Hopefully she doesnt own it.
