Karla and her team knocked it out of the park! The food was absolutely phenomenal!!! We decided on a grazing board for cocktail hour and an Italian buffet with a pre-plated salad for dinner. There wasn't a single item I didn't love! People raved about the food and asked where it was from repeatedly so that they could use them for future events.
Our firm continues to do our employee meals, note to self - bring your own lunch! The fried chicken today was SO overcooked that the skin was already off it and the outside of the chicken looked like the skin. Was very leather like. I couldn’t eat any of it as it was hard throughout. The macaroni and cheese had a funky flavored, unlike any I’ve had before. So disappointed, was hoping this time would be different.
