The experience I just had there was pretty bad. Was able to get seated at the bar pretty quickly and got my first beer quick. After that for being there an hour and a half the bartender did not check on us a single other time. The food was barely warm. My beer was empty 50 minutes before I could get his attention to tab us out. Never got silverware. His manager at one point came behind the bar then left offering no help. Pretty bad experience
Well I'm a tow truck truck Driver the only reason I was here was to change customers' tire. I found the parking lot nice and flit was very clean.Snow removal was excellent.I give 10 out of 10 I would change another tire here.
Very disappointed! My son and I went for Valentine's Day. Got the mixed wings platters (6 traditional, 6 boneless, fries, slaw. $23.99).. ALL the bone in wings were drums, they didn't give the fries so I asked about them and got charged $6 for an order. Needless to say good was not worth the $75 I spent after tip. My Pepsi refill was Diet Pepsi and we saw our server twice during our meal. We won't be back.

Four of us decided on wings Saturday afternoon. Store was about 1/3 full. Not busy at all. Counted 4 servers standing around joking, etc. 10 minutes to get to our table initially. But our server was pretty good.
Sadly she had to appologize for the kitchen many times. The couple with us received their order in under 15 minutes. (2 burgers, not great). We waited 35 minutes for 2 orders of 10 traditional. My wife's order had what i can only assume was several long strands of fake hair from a wig wrapped around one wing. BWW used to be a go to choice. We've Tried several in the KC area. Not a single one will I go back to. One word. Management. Or lack thereof.

I had a great time besides watching the manager dalton be rude to his employees. As a bartender in the industry the manager sets the tone for the whole place and with having an amazing time. I hated seeing how he talked too and treated his staff

First of all, the whole restaurant smelled like rotten egg. The hostess didn’t even offer us a table at first, we had to ask to get a real table instead of the bar for a party of 5. After finally getting the hostess to give us a table, she told us she would wipe one of the tables down so we could sit there. When she came back, she took us to a table that WAS NOT EVEN CLEAN. It was wet and had paper and food on it and she just threw the menus on the table. We left after that. Absolutely not.

Used to be good food. The bone in wings were skimpy but flavourful. Boneless wings were EXTREMELY breaded and honestly I can get better chicken nuggets from a fast food place. The mac n cheese was very bland and noodles undercooked. Not al dente...undercooked. my mac n cheese was a side for my food yet was brought out more than 10 minutes before the meal. Was told things are " cooked to order" I said I ordered it at the same time as my chicken. "Well but when any part of a dish is ready we bring it out" (surprised the carrots and celery were delivered with the wings then) Salsa tasted like ketchup with a few bits of onions thrown on top. Chips were so thin they broke off in the salsa...not because the salsa was that thick but because they were so thin. Fries were ok. Everything was luke warm.
It was not very busy and at least 4 servers on the floor for maybe a dozen tables yet our server was rarely seen. Someone else was kind enough to refill our drinks.

Ordered food to go. They didn’t toss my tenders in sauce because that would make them soggy. That doesn’t make sense because boneless wings get tossed in sauce and they’re fine to take togo but whatever. Turns out the reason they didn’t toss them in sauce is because they ran out of the sauce I wanted. Which is fine but why not tell me that and ask if I wanted a substitute? That takes effort so I guess how thay would be an inconvenience to them. Then I get home and the fries that came with the order weren’t there either. So basically they got half the order right. Eating there maybe not to bad, definitely don’t order take out from here though.

I didn’t eat in but ordered door dash. Got my order of 20 wings and fries for like $35 but got a discount. Cool. Picked up and got one non paid ranch for 20 wings. Came back in and, politely, asked if 20 wings only gets one ranch. Joey up front was doing to go orders said that happens for door dash sometimes and came out with some more for me. Absolutely wonderful service. Thank you Joey!
