Visiting a friend in Lawrence ordered Minsky's for delivery. Pretty fast delivery and the pizza is excellent.
We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale. The establishment is large, with plenty of indoor seating and a spacious bar area. There are numerous TVs for watching games. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the service is always kind and quick. The manager is professional and friendly, often engaging with the customers. The food, particularly the pizzas, is delicious.
