I will first start off by saying I did not eat here but by the way I was treated I would never eat here. I came here to pick up a doordash order when I arrived there were no workers in sight no one at the front no one in the kitchen and the only person I seen was a lady at the bar. So I went to approach the lady at the bar to tell her I was here to pick up for so and so before I even got all the way up there to say anything she rudely says it's not ready yet. I told her that I seen some food sitting up there it looks like it may be done and she said I'll be there in a minute and proceeded to have another 5-minute conversation with someone. Then she comes up there and rudely says again it's not ready yet. So I just sent a unassigned the order and left. I then went to my car to call the manager whose name is Dalton and answers the phone when I call. I proceeded to tell him what has occurred and what has happened and his responses what did you say to her? Seriously you're going to blame the person that's calling you I told him to go review all his video I'm sure it has sound and he could clearly see I never said a word to her it was her and her little Moody attitude that has no customer service skills that spoke to me in such a way. Then he proceeds to tell me by the way that I'm talking to him I see why she talked to me that way and told me have a great day and hung up! I have anxiety if he must know and people treating me badly for absolutely no reason is a good way to get it going. Dalton and the young lady at the bar have absolutely zero customer service skills. I proceeded to call corporate because those kind of people should not be in the workplace. The way I was treated was absolutely uncalled for!

Walked in a few minute earlier than my pick up time. Literally went 3 blocks away to the crib and the fries were room temp and stale. My wings were dry and not hot. I also put in a promo code “gowings” for 6 more wings with an order over $10 and only got 10 wings. Called and talked with an mgr. she didn’t even try to amend the situation. Better off getting wings from Pizza Hut. Never again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

We were there for over 2 hours as 2 people trying to eat dinner. They were not busy. It took over 20 minutes for someone to even ask what we wanted to drink.We ordered cheese curds and 2 orders of 10 boneless wings. The cheese curds came relatively quickly, but then another 30 mins passed and still no food.Finally our food came and the wings were cold, they had obviously been sitting out for quite some time but no one took the food over to us.Waited for the check and eventually had to go to the front counter to ask for boxes and we paid online via QR code because our waiter was MIA. We will not be back to this location again and likely any other BWW location for a very long time.

Bartender was polite. Bar needed to be wiped down didn't see him clean the bar top once. Had food on it and some was stuck to the bar top. Food was either nuked in the microwave or sat at room temp. Some wings were cold and some looked pretty tore up like they were trying to make lollipops out of them.

This location kitchen closes at 11:30 but it’s advertised as it closes at 1am only thing you’ll find in this place is unpleasant employees and loud kitchen staff partying instead informing people that call over the phone you can’t buy anything but liquor after certain time!
