We had a wonderful time here and I WISH I could give it five stars. Totally would have until the nightmare it is to deal with a $100 charge, probably for incidentals however it is three weeks later and the sale is finalized and still on my account. I have called the 800 number for Great Wold and opened two cases one week apart from each other. The hotel should have called me back yet nothing!
