Thee BEST location in Kansas City. Great customer service and management every-time I come here. It’s always clean and they’re pretty fast about getting customers in and out. Never messed up on an order and overall satisfaction when I visit. I’ll drive far out just for this location specifically.

Super fast service thru the drive, spicy chicken sandwiches always great. Employees are always very friendly.
A situation escalated out of control while in the drive-through the employee requested I pull forward. I requested that they take my order as I’m in park. They refuse to take my order I requested a manager came out was extremely confrontational. Leaning in my car backed out of the drive through again, confronted me physically, as I requested to talk with a district manager, the behavior of the manager and employee was extremely unprofessional. I was not confrontational in anyway there was a moment when I felt threatened by his physical space leaning into my personal space I reported this to Chick-fil-A corporate , I did not order
