A friend and I went to Chipotle in Raytown last night . How disappointing! The sign on the door said “no chips”. Didn’t care as I wasn’t purchasing any of them. The longer we waited in line, chicken was the only meat they had, no cheese by 6:45 pm- ridiculous. When we got up to pay they should have offered a discount or a coupon to come back for a free meal. The young girl wasn’t listening. I had to keep repeating my answers, example: I’ll have a chicken bowl, then she would ask do you want beans? And I told her what kind, then she asked what kind of meat!!! I had to keep repeating myself. Then on one of the orders, the young man asked her what I said, and the girl says, I don’t know. So I go to this Chipotle pretty regularly and I’ve had far to many complaints but today takes the cake! So not only is it a order online location which is absolutely ridiculous. But when we went to pick up our food we receive snotty service on top of a missing bowl. We ordered 2 bowls and chips and dip. We arrived home only to open our bag and find that one of our bowls were completely missing. We called the store and they told us to come back up and they’d remake our order....read full review
