Wouldn’t let me get my steak quesadilla. I’ve never had a problem getting one so I don’t know what the deal it is. Perhaps the employee didn’t know how to make one. Sad to get a burrito, it was aight. Super greasy! Like disgusting. DONT go here

I have always the the burritos and bowls. The food is always fresh, portions are large and they always have a nice clean atmosphere. The grilled chicken burrito with guacamole was amazing. It was so big it took me 2 days to eat it.
The chicken was grilled perfectly, the guac was tasty and the grilled veggies were perfect.
It's funny they took all the lids off the Tabasco sauce bottles because people were stealing them :)

Placed an order through DoorDash and got my order COMPLETELY wrong. What was supposed to be a steak bowl, became an old burnt chicken rice bowl. On top of that the chicken tasted disgusting and old, but wait it gets better!
Not only did they get my order entirely wrong, we found a nice little surprise inside! There’s a nice sharp side to it too! Imagine if a child ate this instead 😀 someone must’ve had a REALLY bad off day or the level of care and competence is at a zero! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable regardless.

Wasn't clean, and food wasn't fresh. I wanted vegetables but there was none available. Brown beans were overcooked. The staff at the front glass were pretty cool. Kept the line moving and was super courteous.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to - service is always pretty terrible, it seems like all of the employees have no idea what they were hired to do. If you decide to go to this Chipotle location, prepare to be disappointed - and prepare to wait entirely too long. Honestly wish they would just replace this location with a Qdoba or something else

Evetytime we place an order, something is screwed up or forgotten. This last time chips and dip were missed. I drove to get what we paid for, and the two young women working just laughed at me doing it. Never got their names but it was 1/27/25 at 6:30pm. Unreal to laugh at a customer calling you out for being incompetent at your job. If I pay for an item I expect it to arrive. Especially when it’s at a premium for delivery.
Chipotle do better. Highly recommend going to a different store.
I have been visiting this location for over a decade. It has been steadily going downhill the past couple of years. A perfect example was during my most recent visit when they would not accommodate my coworker’s plain white rice without cilantro as they had every time in the past. She said this was not possible, which is indisputably false. Improvements are needed.

Placed an online order for a pickup at 11:10 am. Unfortunately, despite receiving a confirmation for the pickup time, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, which caused me to miss my lunch break window and return to work without the food I had ordered.
To add to the frustration, I received a notification stating that my order was ready after noon, well past my scheduled lunch break time. This has left me questioning the efficiency of online ordering and the reliability of the pickup time confirmation.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. We had an $80 order. They did not fill the bowls up at all. They threw them around in the bag and they were crushed and had sauce everywhere. I ordered through the app and picked it up. Also how is it legal for them to serve under cooked meat like this?
