I came in tonight while it was very busy. I went up to order my food but I could tell the first lady running the line was already in a bad mood. This made me panic when we got to the meat portion of my bowl and I completely blanked on the meat that I had gotten in the past. We don’t live near chipotle and the last time I ate there other than tonight was a few years ago. I tried to remember quickly as I could tell she was getting increasingly agitated. Then, without warning, she suddenly threw my bowl down the line, tipping over the lid into some sauce that hadn't been wiped up yet. An INCREDIBLY kind guy approached at the same time this happened and looked at her sideways, shocked that she threw my bowl. But he picked it up and continued with me with such patience and kindness. I attempted to tip him $25 for this but was told that they all share tips and I was not about to tip the woman who about sent me into a full blown anxiety attack in the middle of a chipotle. To the guy who stepped in, if you see this, hit me up so I can pay you directly for your service and kindness.I understand service work is exhausting, I did it for most of my life. But throwing someone’s food down a line simply because it took me 20 seconds to remember the meat I wanted is INSANE. Go to anger management classes or something.

One of the worst managed restaurants. Slow service even though there are 15 employees, poorly stocked with fresh food, very dirty tables. I don’t know who the general manager is, or owner of the surrounding Chipotles, but it seems like it’s an issue that goes up the chain. I don’t blame the people making minimum wage. I hardly eat here anymore and I used to about every week.

Wow!!! I come here all the time and have to get a refund through the chipotle app, because they’re always missing something. I ask for half chick half steak end up with all chicken. Was missing queso and msn acted like it was such a big deal and like I lied about it. Didn’t even apologize for me having to walk back up there. Your staff needs to do better. I never leave reviews I’m so disgusted

I had a problem with my door dash order, but like always I got hooked up. If I’m not mistaken the manager on duty, Tommy, has taken good care of me before. He went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that I got my food correctly. Keep up the good work, and someone needs to give my boy Tommy a raise.
This place is disgusting and I'm shocked Chipotle wants their name on this dump. Food messes on every tabletop because no one is cleaning. Overflowing trash cans. Food assembly area is a wreck with food spilled and scattered everywhere. Lukewarm food that will make you sick. After several visits we've learned that these conditions are not a one-time fluke and will not be returning.

Ordered online. They did not make my order how I wanted. It’s like they made it how they wanted. I ordered guacamole. No guacamole. Extra cheese and sour cream. No cheese no sour cream. Very small trash burrito. On top of that, reaching them is a hassle. Don’t recommend. Last time I went, their card machine was down.
